RANCHO SANTA FE, Ca., September 3, 2013 – In the absence of a coherent foreign policy, we can only speculate as to what direction President Obama will take in response to an international crisis. The phrase “politically opportunistic” appears to define the Administration’s core strategy, while the three words “ineffective, inefficient and inconsistent” seem to describe its performance.
