Shutdown MotageRANCHO SANTA FE, Ca., October 7,  2013 – As we enter Week Two of the most recent Government shutdown, one fact should be clear: there is an absence of leadership in Washington, D.C. The lines have been drawn between the two Parties, and they are willing to sacrifice any shred of intelligence and integrity that might still be associated with them for a meaningless political victory.
