This campaign isn’t about how much money we can raise or how much money we can spend. It’s about fixing our Nation’s problems and creating a better tomorrow for every citizen. We have imposed the following restrictions on campaign contributions that significantly exceed those of the Federal Election Commission.
- Campaign contributions are limited to $100 (no exceptions)
- You must be 18 years or older and a citizen of the United States
- No contributions will be accepted from PACs or other campaign committees
- At the end of the campaign any residual funds at the end of the campaign will be redistributed to:
- St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – helping children who are suffering from catastrophic disease
- The Dreyfuss Initiative – restoring civics to the curriculum of our schools to prepare tomorrow’s leaders
- Wounded Warrior Project – because we can never repay the debt we owe for the sacrifices they have made.

Contributions to OHARA 2012 are non-refundable and not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. OHARA 2012’s current policy is to only accept contributions of $100 or less.
